Community Health Action Coalition

CHAC is the coordinating body for communication, collaboration, education and other health related activities in La Plata County. CHAC has monthly coalition meetings where everyone is welcome. They are the second Friday every month 8:30 – 10:00 AM at the Durango Recreation Center.
